Anabezi Camp and Amanzi Camp
Anabezi is a 12 tent luxury camp located on the banks of the Zambezi River at the Lower end of the Lower Zambezi National Park (LZNP) in Zambia. The camp is surrounded by many Ana Trees or Winter Thorns. These winter thorns drop yellow pods which attract a wide variety of animals to the area including many elephants, a welcome sight in the camp. There are 11 luxury tents and 1 luxury family suite all built on raised timber platforms at the edge of a ridge providing magnificent views of both the Zambezi River and Mushika River flood plain. The plain hosts year-round grazing and offers spectacular diverse game viewing from the comfort of your tent!
In 2015, Anabezi’s sister Camp Amanzi opened for those travelers who prefer a more rustic feel. Amanzi Camp consists of 4 tents, each on a raised teak deck, located on the Zambezi River bank. The tents have an indoor bathroom, as well as a private sitting area and balcony overlooking the Zambezi. The camp is intimate yet private with the tents generously spaced and connected with a raised walkway to the main area. Two of the tents are configured to function as a family tent which makes it perfect for small groups and families wanting to share an experience with this beautiful part of the world.
